  • Where is the store located at?

  • Do I have to make an appointment?
    Nope, no appointment is needed. Feel free to just walk in!
  • Are all items displayed in the showroom?
    Yes, all our items are displayed in the showroom.
  • Where are your items from?
    Our bags are all carefully selected through bidding at auction houses.
  • Are the brand you carry authentic?
    Yes, our team in Japan goes through authenticity checks on all our items before shipping to Singapore.
  • How do I know more about the product?
    To learn more about the items you're interested in, you may feel free to contact us via WhatsApp or WeChat. We’ll be more than happy to serve you.
  • Do the items come with authenticity card and dust bags?
    It depends. Not all items comes with its original dust bag and authenticity card. This will depend on the previous owner and whether they kept it or not. We do provide our own dust bags
  • Can I make reservation for an item?
    Yes, you can. A 20% non-refundable deposit will be needed. Item can only be reserved for 2 weeks.
  • Can I return or exchange?
    No. We do not accept any return, refund or exchange because of the customer’s personal preferences. All sales are final. Please make sure before the purchase to read the product's description thoroughly, review images and double-check the measurements and condition. Feel free to contact our customer service anytime or visit our store if you need additional information before purchasing. If you receive an item different from the one you ordered, please send us an email to request a return after making sure the conditions below: ·The original brand tag is still attached and has NOT been damaged. ·The item has NOT been kept for more than 2 days after being delivered. ·It has NOT been worn, washed or its condition has NOT been altered in any way. ·It is NOT missing any accessories it came with. To request a return and exchange of wrong item, please contact us within 2 days after you have received your order through E-mail: neevintage@yanghuat.com.
  • Can I negotiate the price?
    No, our price are fixed. This is because we have carefully considered the condition and quality of each item before listing its final price.
  • Can I sell my items from luxury brands to you?
    No, we only do consignment.
  • How does consignment work?
    Please contact us on WhatsApp or WeChat for more information regarding this service and we will slowly guide you from there.
  • Can I bring my bag for maintenance?
    We provide free bag maintenance for items bought from our store.
  • What payment method do you accept?
    We accept all kinds of payment. Credit card, WeChat pay, grab pay, pay now/paylah and even instalment by pace.
  • Can I do a direct bank transfer?
    You may pay for your purchase via our online store or Direct Bank Funds Transfer / Internet Banking into our account. Kindly include your Order ID as the payment reference and inform us immediately with details of your deposit. Online orders will not be processed until we have been informed and the funds have credited into our Current A/C.
  • Do you do delivery?
    Shipping is free of charge for all local deliveries. All local parcels will be delivered within three working days of orders being placed. However, please allow extra time for orders to be processed during public holidays and promotional periods.
  • Do you ship worldwide?
    Yes. All international parcels will be delivered via Singapore Post. Please track your parcel here or contact your local post office for delivery status. Estimated delivery within 7 to 14 working days to major cities of the world. However, please allow extra time for orders to be processed during public holidays and promotional periods. Our shipping fee charges: For purchases amounting to less than S$800 is a flat rate of S$20; For purchases amounting to more than S$800 is free of charge. (Please note that the shipping cost does not include duties/taxes.) Our parcel includes: 1 item only per parcel, Thanks card, invoice, store tag etc (cannot say etc here as the buyer must know what is in the parcel). We ship worldwide including Europe, USA, Asia and Australia. However, due to operation change, there are some countries that we are not able to ship directly. Import duties and taxes may occur when the parcel reaches the destination country and those charges shall be borne by the recipient. We are not in charge or in control over those charges as customs policies vary by country. If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.
